The internet can't get enough of Mooch's firing

The internet has caught "Mooch" fever — and the only prescription is more memes.

Social media users were putting their Photoshop skills to the test on Monday in wake of Anthony Scaramucci's removal from his position as White House communications director.

As word spread of his departure, countless people began posting funny GIFs and memes on every platform possible — in the attempt to provide some hilarity amid all the drama.

One of the more popular photo disses was a re-imagining of the 2003 film, "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days."

Instead of Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey's faces, users were plastering President Trump and Scaramucci's mugs on the movie poster.

"Box office results are in! The #1 comedy in America!" Hudson jokingly wrote on Instagram, describing one of the Photoshop jobs.

Another popular edit that was making the rounds Monday showed The Post's "Survivor: White House" cover — but with Scaramucci and Reince Priebus' pictures crossed out, as if they'd been voted off the island.

"#Scaramucci Bring me your torch," tweeted Debbie Sideris.

Many people chose to keep it simple, posting Twitter jabs and funny Facebook statuses.

"Mooch didn't last as long as the tank of gas I have in my car," tweeted actor Ike Barinholtz.

"Scaramucci was hell bent on outshining Priebus right down to the way he got fired," wrote Rihiannon Walker.

Actress Grace Parra added, "I can't believe I'm saying this, but every Kim Kardashian marriage has lasted longer than Scaramucci's time as WH Comm Dir."

July 21, 2017 -- First day on the job. After being named next in line for the position of White House Communications Director, Anthony Scaramucci arrives to the podium of the White House press briefing room with a plan: Stop all leaks, and push President Trump's agenda. So far, so good.
July 22, 2017 -- Second day, Scaramucci decides to clean up shop and delete any old tweets that may embarrass or reflect poorly on President Trump. A very moral and decent thing to do as the White House Communications Director.
July 23,2017 -- Third day and a slight hiccup. Scaramucci tweets to clarify comments he made about the hair and make up person used by himself and Sarah Huckabee Sanders, White House Press Secretary, for the White House press briefings during an interview with Jake Tapper. In the interview Scaramucci said he "loved the hair and make up person they had" on his first day at the podium.
July 24, 2017 -- On the fourth day Scaramucci tweeted this photo of himself with President Trump on Air Force One.
July 25, 2017 -- On the fifth day on the job, Scaramucci tweeted a wholesome group photo of himself with co-workers, Kellyanne Conway, Secretary of Energy Rick Perry, and White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
July 26, 2017 -- The sixth day on the job, Scaramucci decides to call Ryan Lizza of The New Yorker and provide an on-the-record interview where he laid out his plans to "kill all the leakers" in the White House. During the interview he also made comments about then White House Chief of Staff, Reince Priebus. "Reince is a f--king paranoid schizophrenic, a paranoiac," Scaramucci said. Steve Bannon also caught some friendly fire from the Mooch. "I'm not Steve Bannon, I'm not trying to suck my own c--k," Scaramucci said about the White House strategist. This was all a prelude to a tweet where Scaramucci alluded to Reince Priebus as a leaker.
July 27, 2017 -- Seventh day and no rest for the Mooch. Scaramucci decided to tweet out a clarification of his use of "colorful language" during the infamous Ryan Lizza interview. Earlier in the day Scaramucci had spontaneously decided to call into CNN's morning show, New Day, while Lizza was on the other line to clarify his comments.
July 28, 2017 -- The eight day on the job may have been the worst on the life of Scaramucci. His wife, Deidre Scaramucci, decided to file for divorce after being "fed up with her three-year marriage" to the White House Communications Director.
July 29, 2017 -- Scaramucci makes a plea to reporters to leave his family out of the spotlight after his wife demanded a divorce.
July 30, 2017 -- This was the last tweet of Anthony Scaramucci as White House Communicatios Director.
July 31, 2017 -- Finally, it is reported that Scaramucci has resigned from the post of White House Communications Director after a whirlwind of events, quotes and paperwork.
Anthony Scaramucci joins Sean Spicer and Reince Priebus in the list of ex-Trump White House senior staff members.
